✅ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@coffeekatha.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID.
  • Once an order is processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Cancellations (within allowed time): Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Damaged or Wrong Product Received: Please share photos and your order number at support@coffeekatha.in within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll either send a replacement or initiate a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened packs, or if you simply didn’t like the taste.
