1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on any coffee products once they are shipped. However, refunds or replacements will be considered in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong roast, grind type, or quantity).
  • The package was never delivered.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Taste preferences
  • Products opened or used
  • Delay in delivery caused by incorrect address or courier issues beyond our control
